Adobe has announced Creative Suite 6 (CS6) and Adobe Creative Cloud, a cloud-based subscription model which allows you to download and install every Adobe Creative Suite 6 application for a monthly fee.
Adobe is offering current Adobe Creative Suite customers one year full membership for a reduced price of $29.99/month, $49.99 for new customers.
